General Laborer – Entry-Level Manufacturing

Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
Schedule: First shift, with flexible scheduling opportunities
Location: Ripley, NY
Shift: First Shift
Experience: No machining experience required

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer.

This is a hands-on position supporting our day-to-day manufacturing operations. Responsibilities range from maintaining a clean and organized shop to preparing materials, assisting with shipping, and supporting our CNC machining operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Filling and maintaining machine coolant tanks.

  • Cleaning and maintaining shop equipment and work areas.

  • Preparing and staging raw materials for production.

  • Operating forklifts and assisting with material handling.

  • Cleaning, counting, packing, and preparing finished parts for shipment.

  • Performing occasional CNC machine operations with training.

  • Assisting team members with various shop projects and daily activities.

  • Supporting our 6S workplace organization and continuous improvement programs.

What we're looking for:

  • Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.

  • Attention to detail and pride in doing things correctly.

  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Interest in manufacturing or mechanical work is a plus, but not required.

For the right individual, this position can provide an opportunity to learn CNC machine operations, develop technical skills, and potentially advance into a CNC Machinist role.

No CNC experience necessary. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Second Shift CNC Machinist / CNC Swiss Machine Operator

Starting Pay: $22-26 per hour base pay + $2-4 per hour second-shift differential
Schedule: Second shift
Location: Ripley, NY
Shift: Second Shift
Experience: CNC machining experience preferred

We're also looking for an experienced or mechanically inclined individual to join our second-shift CNC machining team.

This position involves operating precision CNC equipment to manufacture high-quality components for a variety of industries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating CNC turning and/or Swiss turning machines.

  • Loading materials, unloading finished parts, and monitoring production.

  • Performing routine dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment.

  • Making appropriate machine adjustments within the scope of training and experience.

  • Maintaining production quality, efficiency, and accurate documentation.

  • Troubleshooting basic machining issues and communicating concerns.

  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous CNC machining experience preferred, especially CNC turning or Swiss machining.

  • Familiarity with precision measuring equipment and reading blueprints.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently and stay productive.

  • Dependability, initiative, and a willingness to continue learning.

Candidates with previous CNC Swiss machining experience are especially encouraged to apply.
