CAV12-LS-IS Magazine Bar Feeder: Production in a Hurry
To support high-volume CNC Swiss turning, this machine is paired with a Citizen CAV12-LS-IS magazine bar loader.
Unlike universal bar feeders, the CAV system is engineered specifically for CINCOM Swiss machines. It is fully integrated into the machine’s CNC control and synchronized with the sliding headstock for precise bar advancement.

Bar capacity from 1mm to 16mm
Up to 12 bars in the standard configuration
Optional screw sets for different bar diameters
Hydrostatic oil support and roller support system
Automatic remnant retraction
